Companies House Annual Return

On an annual basis, you are required to complete a confirmation statement with Companies House for any Limited or PLC company.

This annual return must include the following information:

• Confirmation of director details or changes to address, removal or addition of directors
• Registered office
• Shareholder changes or additional shareholders
• Confirmation of share capital
• Confirmation of business trade, or changes

You may just need to confirm that the above details have not changed since the previous year. Regardless, Companies House will require your confirmation statement to be completed within the first month of your year end.
